PROBLEM

Coils are often used in large mixers, heating and cooling conductors, spiral staircases, and many other custom structures. Over time, areas of the coil will wear and damage, potentially resulting in costly operational shutdowns.

Producing coils is a complicated process where the diameter and the pitch of the coil must constantly be accurate. A recent project required three separate coils each with their own diameters to fit within one another seamlessly, placing critical importance on measurement and fabrication accuracy.
